I’m just figuring life out like everyone else, but I love sharing what’s actually helping me along the way. The routines, the mindset shifts, the products, the little habits that actually make a difference.

Maybe it’s the eldest daughter in me, but I’ve pretty much been the family guinea pig since birth. Being the oldest in an immigrant family basically means I’ve always been the one doing the trial and error, making the mistakes first, and then coming back like, “Okay everyone, here’s what not to do.”

Growing up, we weren’t rich at all and being lower class meant I saw early on how hard life could be. Because of that, I’ve always had a deep determination to create a more financially stable future for myself and my family. That drive has shaped almost everything I do.

When I hit rock bottom at 25, stuck in a depressive episode, dealing with health stuff like POTS, painful periods, and IBS, it felt like everything was falling apart at once. Despite feeling like I was letting everyone down, I quit my 9–5 marketing job and bet on myself with content creation, music, and building a life I didn’t need to escape from.

I started prioritizing me, my health, my peace, my finances, my dreams. It wasn’t easy, but slowly things started to shift, and now I feel strong, grounded, and genuinely happy with the life I’m creating.

Now I want to help other women do the same, to show that change is possible even when it feels impossible. Because it really does come down to small, consistent habits that compound over time.

The truth is:

Those six months will pass anyway, so why not spend them becoming the version of you you’ve always wanted to be?
